We're looking for a motivated and relationally-driven Appointment Setter (SDR) to be the crucial first point of contact, connecting potential players and parents with Coach Cal and the life-changing Sub4 Elite Coaching Program. This role is vital to our growth, focusing on identifying and scheduling qualified prospects for sales conversations.
What You'll Do:
As our Appointment Setter, you will engage with warm leads generated through our online content (social media comments, DMs, form submissions). You will qualify their interest and needs, answer initial questions about Sub4 System at a high level, and schedule them for a Discovery or Strategy call with Coach Cal using our online calendar system. Your success directly fuels our ability to impact more lives.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to inbound inquiries from warm leads across various online platforms (e.g., social media DMs, comments, form submissions). Engage leads with authentic, value-driven conversations to understand their baseball goals and defensive challenges.Qualify leads based on established criteria to determine if they are a good fit for a sales conversation.Clearly and concisely explain the value and focus of the Sub4 System at an introductory level. Skillfully invite qualified leads to book a Discovery or Strategy call. Utilize our online calendar and CRM (GoHighLevel) to schedule appointments accurately and manage lead status.Follow up with leads who did not book immediately.Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead progression.Collaborate closely with Coach Cal, providing feedback on lead quality and common questions.

You are disciplined in following a process and managing your tasks and leads systematically.You are coachable and eager to learn and refine your communication and qualification skills.You embody integrity and honesty in all interactions.Bonus: Familiarity with baseball or sports training is a plus.
