We're looking for a detail-oriented Content Clipper to help amplify our message and reach more baseball players and families with our unique blend of faith, performance, and systematic training. This isn't just about making short videos; it's about being a vital part of our content engine, ensuring our most impactful insights reach our audience across platforms.
Role:
As our Content Clipper, you will be responsible for identifying high-impact moments within our longer-form video content (primarily YouTube). You'll use AI tools to assist in this process, meticulously edit clips to highlight key messages or visuals, add compelling copy and captions based on provided frameworks, and organize files efficiently for seamless distribution across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and X/Threads.
Responsibilities:
Review longer-form video content (YouTube videos, coaching sessions).Utilize AI clipping tools to identify potential short-form segments Select the most engaging and valuable moments for short clips.Edit selected clips for impact, trimming efficiently.Add text overlays, captions, and concise copy following provided frameworks and brand voice.Export clips optimized for specific social media platforms.Organize and manage digital video files and completed clips systematically.Collaborate with the content team (Coach Cal) to ensure alignment with content strategy.
